Initially, I casted doubts over how good this book is. But one day, I decided to pick the book up and read the first few pages seeing that the cover of the book looks interesting enough (long, quirky title). After reading the first few pages, I felt that there was more than meets the eye for this book and so I bought it. I don’t regret that decision now.
What do you call a male’s version of chick flick? A dude flick? A dick flick? (I mean, it rhymes with “chick” so…) Anyway, the reason why I chose to watch this movie is because of Zac Efron’s nakedness in the trailer. (Honesty is the best virtue, as they say.)

I am still tearing up after reading this book but yet here I am, writing a review.
What can I say other than Khaled Hoseeini is a master storyteller? He grabbed your attention from the start and didn’t stop till the end. And if you think you can avoid not crying after reading this book (or any of his books, in fact), you are wrong.
If there’s one thing I’ve learned after watching this movie, it is the fact that I can never ever watched anything Nazi-related without crying buckets of tears. I could not stop sobbing after watching this movie. Luckily, I was putting on a very good waterproof make-up.
For this week, the only movie that actually interests me is RoboCop, which is a remake of the ’80s movie of the same name. I’m an ’80s girl and I always feel that remakes hardly ever did justice to the original. But, I shall take that all back because this remake of RoboCop might actually be better than the original.
Assassin’s Creed: Renaissance by Oliver Bowden

It’s really sad when a book shows a lot of promise to be a great one but alas, did not. This book is in that list.
After watching Dallas Buyers Club, I watched I, Frankenstein. If Dallas Buyers Club got me raving about it, I, Frankenstein just made me go: “What the hell did I just watch?” No pun intended whatsoever. If you watched it already, you would know what I mean. But if you haven’t, there’s something to do with hell thus the pun thing there.
I have been waiting for this movie to arrive in this small island since last year when I saw a clip of Jared Leto as Rayon. I fell in love and I knew I had to watch it. It’s something I should not miss. And that has got to be the best decision I’ve ever made.
Eleanor & Park by Rainbow Rowell

After reading “Fangirl”, I decided to give “Eleanor & Park” a try and it is definitely not a bad decision ever. I’m beginning to think that Rainbow Rowell knows how to write a book that teenagers and young adults can easily relate to.
Golden Globes- and Oscar-nominated movie, Her, certainly gives me a doze of what could possibly happen in the next 5-10 years.
The movie is set in a slightly futuristic world, where people are highly dependent on technology, walking around with earbuds and talking possibly with their computer. Say what? No, really. You just tell the artificial intelligence in your ear to delete an email, read out a new one or send out one, etc etc. Anyway, that’s not the story.
